We're jazzing up our customer service presence with the launch of brand new and very stylish Customer Service Counters. With eye-catching lines and a smart colour scheme, the counters are easy to recognise and easy to use. They're strategically located in Hall 5, Hall 7, the Grand Hall, Hall 3 and the Convention Hall, where they'll be manned by our Customer Service Officers during forums and large meetings.
