"Mr Kong (the HKCEC's Director of Food & Beverage) and his staff created a very warm and welcoming atmosphere for us on 21 January. We heard compliments and praise on the decoration of the hallway, ceremony room and dining hall that day. All my guests enjoyed the event very much. The food was so mouth-watering that they stayed for the dessert, rather than leaving early because of work the following day. Without Mr Kong to attend to every little detail of the food and services that had been added, customised or changed for us, the wedding party would not have been as successful as it was.

On both a professional and personal level, I really appreciated the effort that the HKCEC put into our wedding event. I certainly appreciated the fact that the HKCEC has a group of really good staff members who share a strong team spirit and are highly customer oriented. "
