As part of our initiatives to enhance safety awareness
and practices throughout the Centre, from 1 December
2006 we implemented a new rule that should improve
the visibility of workers in the vicinity of moving
vehicles. Now, whenever moving vehicles are being
deployed inside any of the Centre's exhibition halls
during move-in or move-out times, all workers and
any others in the hall must wear reflective vests
to increase their visibility. For the convenience
of organisers, the Centre is offering a reflective
vest rental service: each vest is charged at $30
with a refundable deposit of $100. |
