"I am writing to express my gratitude to you and your colleagues for your efforts in facilitating the organisation of the various key celebration events of the 10th Anniversary of the Establishment of the HKSAR held at the HKCEC, in particular those organised on 30 June and 1 July which were attended by the State Leader.

The experience, professionalism and dedication exhibited in the work of your colleagues were instrumental to the smooth and successful running of the key celebratory and ceremonial events, including the Grand Variety Show in Hall 3 on 30 June, the Flag Raising Ceremony at Golden Bauhinia Square, and the Inaugural Ceremony of the 3rd term Government of the HKSAR in the Grand Hall on 1 July.

I would also like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding services provided by your colleagues in the Event Servicing and Security Departments. The smooth and successful implementation of the celebration events could not have been achieved without the outstanding and hard work of the highly professional and dedicated team of HKCEC staff."
