The themed buffets at the HKCEC's Congress Restaurant
are famous amongst locals and out-of-town visitors
alike, and one of the most popular of the many styles
has always been the Japanese buffet. Well, it's
back, from now until the end of November, and it's
bigger and better than ever while retaining its
famed value-for-money!
Serving both hot and cold Japanese dishes, our
talented team of chefs has put together some new
surprises to go with the core of old favourites.
Now you can try delicious Steamed Baby Taro, flown
in specially from Ishikawa Prefecture, bite-sized
and steamed to perfection to retain every morsel
of that vegetable's delicate flavour. From Inaniwa,
handmade Cold Udon Noodles come with special dipping
sauces for refreshing summer evenings. And for
meatlovers, Wagyu Beef Rolls wrapped in sliced
garlic and leek live up to their reputation, providing
a melt-in-your-mouth experience with some of the
world's finest beef flavours.
These are just a couple of the amazing selection
of premium Japanese dishes available at the new
Japanese buffet. And Congress buffets remain superb
value at just HK$348 (Monday to Thursday) or $378
(Friday to Sunday and public holidays) per person,
with children half price (10% service charge applies).
What's more, tables of 3 to 5 diners can enjoy
a 15% discount on these prices, while tables of
6 or more benefit from a 20% discount. Complimentary
valet parking is available. Call 2582 7250 for
