The first GTI Asia Hong Kong Expo took place from 7 to 9 November 2007, at Hall 7A. A total of 52 exhibitors, many from the Chinese mainland, showcased an astonishing array and variety of games, attracting 1,672 trade visitors from 31 countries.

Organised by GTI (Game Time International) magazine, the event proved particularly popular with delegations from the Chinese mainland, which pleased many of the exhibitors who saw the event as offering a fast track into the China market.

Adult amusement games, such as fruit slots, slot machines, poker machines, roulette, dice machines, baccarat, and multi-player machines were certainly on show here, but so were many other types of games, including motion machines, such as car and horse-racing games, carnival machines, kiddie rides, prize machines, pinball machines, online games and all kinds of peripherals, parts and accessories.

The success of this inaugural event has everyone looking forward to the next edition of the fair, which will take place from 25 to 27 September, 2008.
