Issue 2, September 2002

Welcometo this second issue of HKCEC Headline, bringing you the very latest in news and developments from the HKCEC. Once again, our Service Initiatives section features updates on our drive for customer service excellence, detailing a number of innovations both large and small designed to improve your experience of using the Centre. Many of these innovations arise directly from the input we get from customers such as yourself through the Customer Feedback Form, and we always welcome your ideas and responses to help us improve our services.

The feedback you have provided us via questionnaires, debriefing sessions, and focus group sessions have also proved highly valuable, and some of them are featured in our interactive Chatroom section, which provides direct responses to some commonly raised questions and comments.

Don't forget to take a look at our reports on recent successful events as featured in our Spotlights section. And to gain a sense of how our plans for the future are coming along, check out Breaking News: these future developments may include the very initiatives you have been waiting for.

Thank you again for your ongoing business, continued support, and valuable suggestions. We look forward to welcoming you to our Centre again soon.
