Despite the large number of visitors, the flow was as smooth as silk due to the effective crowd control assistance you provided. And thanks to the security team we did not receive a single loss report, not even for the smallest of camera accessories. I saw so many visitors with smiling faces in the cafe area, enjoying your F&B service. Overall co-ordination between each part was perfect.
