The famous Congress Restaurant Seafood Dinner Buffet won accolades from diners when it was last offered. So in response to popular demand it's back again —— this time with even more reason for celebration. In addition to a mouth-watering range of over 100 dishes to tempt you, the latest Seafood Dinner Buffet comes with some fantastic discount offers. Until the end of June 2005, you'll get a 25% discount on purchasing from 6 to 12 dinner buffets, and a 20% discount on the purchase of from 3 to 5 dinner buffets!

This is such a good-value deal because the sheer range and quality of the dishes is amazing. Start with Boston Lobster, North Pole Sea Whelks or BBQ Lobster Claws. Then choose your own totally fresh seafood from the Live Cooking counters, including Teppanyaki Pacific King Prawns with Seafood Sauce, Fisherman's Wharf Clam Chowder in Sour Dough, Lobster & Scallop Pancakes and Tempura Soba Udon Rolled with Crab Stick. Other favourite delicacies are the Deep-fried Crab Cakes and Wok-fried Alaska Clams with XO Sauce. And if you're a dessert lover, don't miss the Congress's superb Peach Jalousie with Vanilla Sauce, Mini Chocolate Cakes, and Lavender Mousse.

The Congress is open for the Seafood Dinner Buffet seven days a week from 6.30pm to 11pm, and complimentary valet parking is available at the Harbour Road Entrance of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre during buffet hours. Before discounts, prices for the Seafood Dinner Buffet are HK$328 (Monday to Thursday) or HK$358 (Friday to Sunday) for adults, and HK$165 (Monday to Thursday) or HK$179 (Friday to Sunday) for children. A 10% service charge applies. Call (852) 2582 7250 for reservations now!
