Hong Kong International Jewellery Show
(4-8 March, 2008)

Buyers were dazzled by the exhibits at the Hong Kong International Jewellery Show. Loose gemstones and pearls, finished pieces of all styles from antique to contemporary, bejewelled watches and accessories such as boxes and display stands, attracted 31,333 buyers from 135 countries and regions. The world's third largest jewellery fair had plenty to celebrate in its 25th year!

China Maritime 2008

As one of the world's leading maritime centres, Hong Kong was an obvious choice as the 'port' for China Maritime 2008. More than 130 exhibitors displayed technologies and launched new products at the show. They covered every aspect of the industry, from shipbuilding and engines to interior furnishing, electronic communications and open registries. This was the second time this event had visited Hong Kong waters.

Interstoff Asia Essential - Spring
(12-14 March 2008)

Over 8,000 visitors from 50 countries and regions to Interstoff Asia Essential - Spring were keen to see the unveiling of a new eco-textile labelling system. Developed especially for the event, it is designed to allow buyers to easily identify and understand the raw materials and processes that make fabrics user-friendly. This popular event also saw the debut of three new pavilions: JWF - Japan Creation, Premium Korea and Amazing Taiwan. Around 200 garment fabric and accessory exhibitors attended the show.
