We have frozen our rental rates for years
and our Marketing Initiatives always aim
at encouraging more rapid growth of existing
recurrent events as well as attracting
new events.

flexible space layouts available for

| Exhibitions: |
|
Exhibitions
scheduled in February, May, June, July,
August and December 2008 enjoy a 30%
rental discount. |
|
To encourage
new and returning exhibitions, the Rebate
Scheme continues in 2008. New exhibitions
occupying over 2,000 sq m gross, and committing
to three consecutive shows on an annual
or biennial basis receive 40% off
the standard rental rates in the first year,
20% and 10% in the second
and third years. |
|
Exhibitions
that commit to a two-year licence agreement
with deposit payments for both years qualify
for a 45% discount on standard rental
rates for both years. |
|
Large exhibitions
benefit from special rebates on additional
space required. Those using over 29,281
sq m of exhibition space can book additional
hall space for up to two years at a 35%
rental discount on the expanded hall
space. |
|
Progressive
booking of additional space for expanding
exhibitions is available. |
| Conferences
and meetings: |
|
Meeting
packages in various price ranges have been
enhanced. |
|
Conventions
using Forum Packages can choose the existing
Halls 5A and Hall 7A. 30% rental discount
will apply in February, May, June, July,
August and December to the Forum Packages.

| Entertainment
events: |
|
The entertainment
rate for Hall 3 includes a permanent riser
for 3,200 seats and the ticketing service
is available at a package price. |
