Meeting Package 5

Full day meeting package with lunch and refreshments for a min. of 700 pax
(HK$420 + 10% service charge per person per day)

Applicable to conventions and corporate meetings with a minimum of 700 persons per day for 3 full days

Use of meeting room(s) between 8:00am to 6:00pm

Chinese or Western lunch in a designated function area

Welcome coffee and tea break

2 coffee and tea breaks with light refreshments

Silk flower arrangement on reception tables

Mints placed on meeting tables (not available for theatre set up)

	35mm slide project or VCR with a 26" or 29" TV monitor	1 set

	Built-in stage or mobile stage of a recommended size
	On-site technician to cover the Sound/Lighting Control Room or stage area
