Meeting Package 6 Enquiry Form

Full day meeting package with lunch and refreshments for a min. of 1,200 pax
( HK$365 + 10% service charge per person per day)

Applicable to conventions and corporate meetings with a minimum of 1,200 persons per day for 3 full days
Use of meeting room(s) between 8:00am to 6:00pm
Chinese or Western lunch in a designated function area
Welcome coffee and tea break
2 coffee and tea breaks with light refreshments
Silk flower arrangement on reception tables
Mints placed on meeting tables (not available for theatre set up)

Effective through 31 December 2008
Meeting room allocation is subject to availability and HML final confirmation.

# Please make a provision for additional conference sound and lighting equipment when hiring Hall 3 for a meeting or conference. A separate quotation from a production company is recommended.
