   HKCEC was opened in 1988.

 

First expansion was started in 1994.
  The shape began to emerge.
  Already distinctive.
  Confidently moved towards the deadline.
  The first expansion took its place in the city in June 1997.

Second expansion was started in 2006.
  Demolition of the Atrium Link.

  Near completion.
  Second expansion completed in April 2009. Marking a new era for HKCEC.
